How I went fromfighting my weight toa system that lasts
Fitness coach. Author. Someone who knows what it’s like to start from zero.

The story didn’t start in the gym.
It started in front of a mirror. I was an overweight kid who loved to eat way too much, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Taking care of myself meant nothing to me, and the negative comments kept coming: you’ve put on weight, all you do is eat, you’re fat... My reflection in the mirror and those comments made me feel uncomfortable and ashamed of myself. And so the moment came when I’d had enough of it all – of seeing myself in the mirror, of the dissatisfaction I felt, and of every negative comment about how I looked. I felt a fire inside me telling me I really didn’t deserve the terrible situation I was in. I simply knew this was the moment, and I had to do something for myself...

The decision that changed my life
I didn’t know where to start or what exactly I had to do to change my body. I started reading and educating myself every single day so I’d have the tools I needed to make a change.
I started out alone, lost, just doing what everyone else did - I ran every day, starved myself and kept moving. I really did lose as much as 10 kg in just a few months. I also started training, first with my own bodyweight, but after a while I got an injury - not from training, but from a situation in life. That’s when my life changed.

The injury kept me away from training for a good 2 years, during which I tried every day to fix the problem with my shoulder - orthopedists, physicians, doctors... Nothing helped, and I had to hold on to the shape I’d achieved. That’s when I realised just how much I love this. In the meantime I took on a mentor who taught me a great deal - consultations on all sorts of topics around nutrition, biochemistry, training programming.. That’s how I stepped into the gym: carefully, with structure, progression and modifications. I fell completely in love with this, and over time, as my level of education, awareness and maturity grew, so did the way I looked. I managed to heal the injury and pick up right where I’d left off.
Different friends told me I should start training others, they asked me to put programs together for them, and that’s how I realised this was my calling. When I made those plans it didn’t feel like work - it felt fulfilling. I could change someone’s look, the way they think and their whole life. I found that fascinating, and I couldn’t wait to make the next program. Then came serious education - a nutrition course, an academy for biochemistry, biomechanics, advanced nutrition, training programming, marketing, all kinds of books, mentors from different fields...
From that point on I never stopped educating myself, investing in myself and getting better. This is my calling and the thing I literally live and breathe for. I’m grateful that I get to do this, that over 300 people have gone through my mentorship programs and trusted me with it. I didn’t want to be just another ordinary coach - I wanted to make a real difference. I’ll keep doing this with all my heart, with huge dedication, and I’ll never give up.
I didn’t just change
my shape. I learned
how to keep it.
That’s exactly what I want to teach my clients too. That anyone can lose weight on some restrictive diet, and anyone can build muscle in a few months. But not everyone knows how to keep that look, how to find a system that fits them and that they can follow for life.
Not everyone knows how to enjoy the process and grow through it. To become a different, better and happier person. That’s why I work with every client individually and give it everything, so we draw out the best in them and find what suits them most.
That makes me proud, fulfilled, and gives me a reason to keep doing this. And the results, the clients’ experiences and their transformations are simply proof and a consequence of my work, my effort and the systems I’ve been refining for years.
My philosophy
Results come from a system, not from motivation
Long-term change demands a long-term approach
Understanding is the foundation of every transformation

Why do I do this?
Because I know how it feels. I know what it’s like to feel lost. I know what it’s like to try everything and have nothing work. And I know what it’s like when it finally clicks — and how much that changes you.
My mission is simple: to help you not only change, but stay that way.
Not temporarily. Forever.
